Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

  • “Company” / “we” / “us”: [Wheel Haus Performance Ltd trading as Zento Wheels], registered in the UK.
  • “Customer” / “you”: The person or business purchasing goods from us.
  • “Goods” / “Products”: Alloy wheels and related products sold by the Company.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods by the Company to the Customer, whether purchased online, in person, or by phone, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Once an order is accepted, the Customer will receive a confirmation email, allowing the Customer to verify the details and specification of the order.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable at the current rates.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer, card payments, PayPal, and payment links. Fees may be applicable.
  • Prices may change at any time before order confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe.
  • Delivery costs will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  • Products are insured during shipment.

6. Title and Risk

  • Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
  • Ownership (title) of the Goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in accordance with UK consumer law.( Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sale of Goods Act, Consumer Contracts Regulations, etc.)
  • Any goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 14 working days commencing from the day after receipt. After this notification has been received by us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
  • If the goods have been designed and/or manufactured to individual requirements, or the goods have been sold or passed to a third party, the Customer and/or third party does not have the right to return the goods within the 14 working day period.
  • Returns must have had no tyres fitted and not been fitted to a vehicle.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • If goods have been sent to a Customer via courier, the Customer or person signing on Customer’s behalf, must inspect the goods for damage before signing a delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in our refusal to accept responsibility for any damage or defects.
  • If returned goods are deemed by us as faulty, the customer will receive replacement goods or a refund at the Company’s discretion.
  • If returns are accepted, they may be subject to a restocking fee.

8. Warranty

  • The Company provides a lifetime warranty against structural defects, and a 12 month warranty against the finish.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the wheel for any damage.
  • Warranty is void if the goods have been sold or passed to a third party.
  • Wheels with a chrome finish and brushed finish are not covered by a warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover any damage caused by motorsport, misuse, accidents, improper fitting, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
  • Liability for defective products is limited to replacement or repair of the Goods, or a refund of the purchase price.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Intellectual Property and Privacy

·      The Company owns the intellectual property rights to listed wheel designs and logos.

·      The Company complies with all applicable General Data Protection laws.

 

11. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside its reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
