Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted only in accordance with UK consumer law.( Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sale of Goods Act, Consumer Contracts Regulations, etc.)
- Any goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 14 working days commencing from the day after receipt. After this notification has been received by us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
- If the goods have been designed and/or manufactured to individual requirements, or the goods have been sold or passed to a third party, the Customer and/or third party does not have the right to return the goods within the 14 working day period.
- Returns must have had no tyres fitted and not been fitted to a vehicle.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- If goods have been sent to a Customer via courier, the Customer or person signing on Customer’s behalf, must inspect the goods for damage before signing a delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in our refusal to accept responsibility for any damage or defects.
- If returned goods are deemed by us as faulty, the customer will receive replacement goods or a refund at the Company’s discretion.
- If returns are accepted, they may be subject to a restocking fee.
